Prepare a mashed avocado, cooked or canned peas, add a little freshly chopeed mint, parsley, chili, garlic, season and mix well.

Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.​

Sprinkle ciabatta bread or a baguette with a few drops of olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Take our crostinis and spread with a prepared avocado-peas blend

Garnish with salmon roses, chilies and eggs and squeeze a bit of a lemon juice over it.
