Recipe
  1. Prepare a mashed avocado, cooked or canned peas, add a little freshly chopeed mint, parsley, chili, garlic, season and mix well.

  2. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.​

  3. Sprinkle ciabatta bread or a baguette with a few drops of olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Take our crostinis and spread with a prepared avocado-peas blend

  5. Garnish with salmon roses, chilies and eggs and squeeze a bit of a lemon juice over it.
