Pasta Gratin with Tomatoes, Mortadella, Fresh Basil and Breadcrumb

Use mortadella leftovers or Italian sausage or simply make a veggie pasta gratin.

Layer pasta with pre-cooked tomato sauce, season it. Preheat the oven.

Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake by 185 C for 20 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve.
